If you were a big video gamer in the early 90's - like me - you'll probably know The 7th Guest, it was - no pun intended - a total game changer.

The 7th Guest was a groundbreaking title for CD-Rom games, it featured live action scenes and an epic puzzle driven narrative, all set in a creepy haunted mansion.

If you - like me - still hold this game in a tiny pocket of your heart, you might be interested to know it's now up on Kickstarter as a board game. Yup The 7th Guest has been made into a board game, with little ghostly figures and a board of the mansion.

In the world of The 7th Guest: The Board Game, you re-enter the mysterious and magical Stauf mansion, filled with diabolical puzzles, riddles and other mind games to test your wits and knowledge against your friends and family. But as with all haunted houses, know that you enter at your own risk. The goal is to emerge with your sanity - and your soul – intact.

Now I LOVED The 7th Guest at the time, but that rose-color nostalgia is still not quite enough for me to back it right now, still I thought you richer gamers might want to know.

You can check it out at The 7th Guest Kickstarter Page.
